The Acting General Secretary of the World Council of Churches, Fr. Ioan Sauca, a Romanian Orthodox priest, met with Russian Patriarch Kirill this week. The topic? “How churches can be peacemakers.” (RNS)
“The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 69% of American Adults consider themselves religious, including 24% who say they’re very religious. This finding is significantly higher than the 57% who considered themselves religious in June 2021.”
